boiler safe?

Hi,

If a plastic funnel says it is dishwasher safe then it must be safe to go in a boiler right? After all it is a funnel designed for use with food stuffs? I have an idea for a hop strainer that I hope will maximise filteration of the break and leave little dead space.

It may well be food safe, but I suspect it won't stand up to prolonged boiling temperatures.
