Hey folks,
Recipe called for an initial 12 minute hop boil. 50g Bravo for 12 min. Accidentally added them at the start of the boil. 60 minutes instead of 12!
My calc reckons this will give an overall IBU (with the other additions) of 104.
It's now fermenting.
Is this a write off? Will it be undrinkable?
