hello all,
As per a recipe below would it be necessary to boil the cranberry juice and cherry juice before fermenting to rid of preservatives ect
(although it doesnt say preservatives) :?
5l x red grape juice
3l x cherry juice
3l x cranberry juice
4108g sugar
1 tbsp yeast nutrient
1 tbsp general purpose yeast
3 x teabags stewed
5 tsp pectolase
5 tsp glycerine
Or shall I just chuck it in (carefully into sterilised FV)
