boel itap beer and gas line

Got one of these a few months back and now looking to hook it up and give it a go. However the barb fittings that have come with it are all too large a diameter for my usual 3/8 Valpar beer and gas line. Also I have a shank to 3/8 John Guest fitting that doesn't seem to fit the iTap shank too so that also seems to be an odd size..

What beer and gas line and shank fittings have people used with theirs?
