Blue moon beer from a kit

Any ideas on a blue moon beer from a kit? I've brewed a few wheat beers in the past & I'd like to have a go at a blue moon style Belgium wit
I have a
1.5kg Wilko wheat kit
1kg wheat spray malt
In stock
Any ideas yeast, coriander, orange peel hops etc
Any ideas welcome

Thanks RichardM a few ingredients that I'll look into, unfortunately I haven't ventured into all grain brewing but thanks for the link

Even if you aren't doing all grain it will still give you some ideas about "yeast, coriander, orange peel hops etc"
