Wanted to make a BIPA verison so added 8% Carafa III also used Kveik yeast as I wanted a quick turnaround and now prefer using it. I have about 1/2 a keg left of my recent Kveik IPA and with Christmas coming up fast I wanted another ready for it and have been thinking of a black ipa version of a beer I really like,
