Our new kitten inspired the name for this one!

Pitched 2 rehydrated packs of CML Real Ale yeast last night and it's bubbling away nicely today in the brew fridge.

I'm probably going to dry hop this one with a little challenger and target. Fingers crossed all goes well [emoji106]

Just to confirm he did survive the day! Tried jumping in pretty much everything and has developed a taste for grain [emoji23]

Lovely drop this. Wouldn't use the CML yeast again, mutes everything like a lot of dried yeasts. I think something with a bit of character cultured up from a bottle would be the way to go but very happy with the recipe [emoji106]
