As I recall it you brewed it up to an ESB sort of strength. How long do you normally think it takes for your stronger beers to be at their peak?

That's right I did, hmmm perhaps 2 months, i had one at 4 so still time, i like it a lot but think your mainline was more to my taste.....at the mo....

Brewed a copy of this recipe a couple of months ago and tried a few over the weekend, really great traditional bitter. Thanks for sharing the recipe
