Hi all,decided on an adnams bitter,got up early everything prepared all going well, doing 1st sparge and thought it looked a bit dark,on checking recipe i noticed that i'd wrote 370grm of black malt instead of 53grm (370grm is the sugar to add),i have decided to make a castle milk stout, but that calls for 500grm of flaked maize which of course i hadn't added to mash so i put maize in for second sparge and left for 20 mins,will this work or have i completely cocked up
