Best aroma hops for bitter

Hello!

im interested in experimenting with hops after making a few batches keeping it simple with malt extract and doing some reading.

Ive used youngs bitter malt and wish to tweek it with some aroma (dry hopping).the bitterness suits me fine but if i add aroma hops in the second stage will this cancel any bitterness out? and which hops should i use?

i have invested in 100g of goldings.would it be ok to put some beer finings in with the hops?

100 grams is a lot of hops, you only need a handful or so for dry hopping.
I thought kits were designed to drop clear, finings at the same time wont hurt, but not necessary.
Patience is required.

Would about 30g be enough?my scales are as unreliable as a plumbers estimate,so ill throw in roughly a third
