beetroot wine

i am making a beetroot desert wine.the recipe says to use a madeira yeast,is that a high alc yeast or something else,what would you recomend?

Search HERES under yeasts and you'll find a high alc yeasts.
Think I'd prolly use a general yeast though, hate rocket fuel wine

I used a standard yeast and made a dry wine. Despite using dark glass, the colour faded somewhat, but nonetheless the wine made a great impression on the yacht owner for whom I crew!
