Hi sorry. 0.25 inch diameter pipe. Only running it from a keg in a kegerator so about a meter of pipe to the taps.

You need to use smaller diameter line than that I think, although now I say that, 3/16" which I was going to suggest is not much smaller than 1/4", so maybe that may not be the solution.
I just scrolled through the thread - I can't see what pressure you're serving at?
