Trying to ignore it. A bit expensive with an +�£80 train fare. Keeping my powder dry for Indymanbeercon later in the month.

@pavros Leeds International Beer Festival doesn't look a bad substitute.

Looks great and the £55 includes all your beer. Given the price of beers from the breweries involved it wouldn't take long to drink your money back.

I wish it wasn't so soon.

Independent Manchester Beer Convention, basically a craft beer festival held in a great venue of old Victorian swimming baths.

Bit steep. The wandle festival is more my mark,£3 or £2 CAMRA member:mrgreen:

Wishing I knew about the extravaganza sooner - er indoors is away with the kids all weekend - they'd never have known.
I don't think £55 is bad, and would be good encouragement to get your monies worth of beer.
No wonder they ran out of beer early.
