Hi all, new member here. I’m Will and have been brewing kits on and off for the past 35 years, but never anything adventurous and rarely totally happy with the result. Woodfordes Wherry and St Peter’s golden ale were definitely my best. I’m temped by going the whole hog and get a grain father but started with a new fermenter and a fresh wort kit plus much more thorough sanitising than I used to do. We shall see!
