Evening all,
First and foremost I am an avid beer drinker with an appreciation for quality. As a diagnosed Coeliac tired of the minority of beers available to me on the market, I am hoping to eventually develop the knowledge to produce myself a variety of enjoyable gluten free ales, lagers and ciders, and consequently have decided to try my hand at home brewing.
I am currently in the process of brewing two kits to get myself started. I kicked off last night with a Gone With The Wheat English Bitter and a Youngs APA (For a friend). I'm using two 25l fermentation buckets with airlocks at a room temp of between 18 and 20. No bubbles yet but there is some small bubbles/condensation inside the airlock.. Fingers crossed!
I'm excited to getting my teeth into home brewing and am sure I'll be heckling many of you with hordes of questions so apologies in advance :drunk:
