Hi,

When looking at some recipes on here, the timing next to the aroma hops section is "0" - does this mean it is added to the FV before pitching, or is it before that ?

Thanks in advance,

Stephen

I hope I'm right in saying they are added to the boiler right at the end, just as you turn the heat off but before you start chilling the wort.

I'd does vary . . . .Often it means after the heat has been switched off . . .but can mean chill to 70-80C and then add them . . . steep for 15-20 minutes then chill again
