Thanks again everyone for the advice. The plum wine and 1 FV are still inert, no change in SG so I am going to dump them on Wednesday and get it over with if no one comes up with any other ideas. I have no idea what went wrong or what I did differently with that FV than with the other but hopefully with experience next time will be more successful.
