Just been shopping in my local asda and found 5 bottles of James whites organic apple and ginger juice in the reduced section. I've had a little taste and it taste really good. So I'm thinking about making it into wine. I'm not sure on the amount of sugar to add and would this need to be boiled off to get rid of the anti - oxidant ascorbic acid that's in it. It's 98% organic apple juice and 2% ginger.
