Have to agree with you UP, I was with BT before Virgin and apart from the service being sh**e, I could never figure their bill out, about 20 double sided sheets with more numbers that a 1000 page book of Pi.

We placed our order yesterday. When they checked our new address they found that we cant have the unlimited service as the Local exchange hasn't been upgraded yet. It's getting upgraded in the next 3 months and they'll change our internet package once its done.

So for now we'll be getting:
• Free evening and weekend calls
• Free router
• Up to 10mb broadband
• 40Gb limit
• All entertainment packs (Variety, Children, Knowledge, Style & Culture, Music, News & Events)
• Sky Anytime+
• Sky+ HD box

£45 p/m

We have just ordered sky as we had broadband and phone from Virgin £30.00. However we can get broad band phone and Sky HD (kids package) for the same money. However when the order came through they had assigned us a new number which is no good as we want to keep our existing number. At first they said they couldn't change it, now they say it won't be until feb. However we can still have the TV for £20.00 a month!!! So I will be paying £30.00 to Virgin and £20.00 to them just because they can't get their Ar*e in gear. I think not.

Postponed it until they can do it all in one go. The whole attraction of changing was that we effectively got the tv for free.
