Anyone Grow Hops?

Cutting are very easy to propagate.

I took some cuttings from a wild hop (unfortunately turned out to be a boy hop) and just stuck them in a pot with some soil in it.... 2/3 of them took.

Just cut about a foot or two and bury half the length of the cutting and remove all but a few of the smallest leaves at the growing tip.

I'm thinking of growing my own hops for next year but only see 3 varieties for sale at the moment at £8.25 a plant, but I would love to get my hands on an Amarillo plant if anyone knows where I can get hold of some :thumb: :cheers:

The pictures on here are very impressive guys, the plants look awesome, :clap: :clap: :clap: wouldn't mind getting hold of a cutting :lol:

Does anyone know how deep the root goes as my garden is only about a foot and a half deep before gravel ( our garden happens to be on top of a sewer line, bummer if that ever decides to leak or burst :rofl:
