Any Ideas for Crystal Malt

Hi,

Ive got 2.5 kg of Crystal malt that I want to use up, is there any recipes which would use high quantities of crystal, or should I be freezing it?

Big strong ESB! English hops, 5-6% odd, use like a tonne of crystal malt and mash high. Omnomnom.

No need to freeze, keep it in dry place and it will last for a long while.

Sarah Hughes Dark Ruby Mild as per GW's recipe has lots of Crystal in. Got some fermenting at the moment.

Yea the dark ruby mild sounds good. Does he use a pale malt and a crystal and that's it?

700gms of Crystal per 19 litre brew.

That's pretty similar although the on I've done is slightly lower OG and with a bit less Crystal (still more than 1Kg in 23L)
