Another Shiny Brewery

Hi There Folks!
Just thought i'd post another bright and shiny brewery onto the forum! Get ready with your shades!.

Made up from lots of time, nordic optical pots off Ebay and thermometers from mashmaster.com. It's heated using 8.5 kw burners.
Have made several brews with good results. So far!!!!!

Question - do you have to stand on a ladder when doughing in? - that thermopot is a long way up - would make it tricky doughing in several kg of malt I would have thought :hmm:

I do have to use my step ladder to put everything into the mash, so I tend to split up the grain into three diffrent tubs depending on size of mash which also helps me stir in the different types of gain. I don't have to get right onto the ladder maybe the first run, it helps being just over six foot tall. It can be a bit of a lift when emptying the mashtun though.

I have to thank my bro for the stand as he spent a lot of time designing, welding and painting and getting it ready for holding the three pots.
As for the tiling, thats what you get when you have a week off, it rains most the week, you've got a few left over tiles from other jobs and too much time on your hands! :)

Thanks for everyones comments, I do feel so proud to own this little beauty. I'm new to all grain brewing and jumped in and went straight for the best my credit card could afford :pray: and so far I feel its paying me back big time. I never thought i'd be drinking great quality beer at home. I'm not saying i'm brewing the best in the land but it's just great to be brewing shop/pub quality beer in my own home also meet up with fellow brewers at my local beer circle, discuss, sample and compare each others brews, also to pick up tips on different styles of beer etc. It's also great to have forums like this to see what's cracking off the brewing world. Cheers to everyone :. Especially everyone who got me into this great hobby AND LAST BUT NOT LEAST, MY WIFE FOR BEING SO UNDERSTANDING!!! Especially about the credit card bills. :lol:
