hope to bottle mine in about a week

TS has reserved one, and I'd like to do the same with one of yours please TS.
You are more than welcome to one commsbiff :thumb: How many should we send out? Go for 2,3,4 each? What dya think?
I will leave that up to the individual :thumb: But I would think a minimum of two so that a comparison can be made ;)

What we need to know is who has brewed one and who intends to brew one and who has bottled out (Wez).
I will probably do mine towards the end of next week, so you may have to wait a while for it.

Hmm, are we still able to 'have a go' ??
Of course you can still have a go :thumb:
Although there is the rider that any review of said beer must be suffixed with " but of course he did have two goes  "

Why do you think I've called it "Forum Brew #1"?

Still got time to do another if it's horrible.

Should we have a deadline for exchange - say end of June or July? That way peeps can still join in, but we've all got a target to work towards. What do you think?

Good to see you're having a go wez
I'll take one commsbiff and t_s if that's o.k :thumb:
I'm sure Vossy did two goes at the last forum brew
 yep was playing like wez

Sounds good to me :hmm:
Picked up the Notty today

I'm going the sugar points route this time - just to be sure, either that or if I overshoot I'll just tell you it's within range

I bottled 9, 3 for me for QC, 1 to commsbiff 1 to Vossy1, 4 left :hmm:

Ok I think it's probably a good as it's going to get :(
I think it lacks the hopiness I was aiming for but I will be judged by my peers :hmm:
Those that have expressed an interest in a bottle of "A Dace twirls more" please pm me with a postal address so that I can send one to you :thumb:
I think it was Commsbiff, Wez, Vossy1, JamesB any one else ?

BTW boys and girls I intend to badger you 4 times a year to brew a forum beer
I will be wanting a spring beer, a summer thirst quencher, a dark Autumnal ale and an alcoholic winter warmer  So get your thinking caps on :wha:
A different person to decide the parameters each brew :thumb:
This is open to kit brewers, extract brewers, all grain brewers even commercial brewers if they think they're up to it ;)
Come on have a go what have you got to lose?

Looks like I have the chance to brew my forum brew tomorrow :thumb:

I'm doing mine when I get in from work tomorrow . . . should be lighting the burners at around 15:00 . . . and I'll be going for a streamed video

Mine is also being done this week after hours now ....

Aleman - looking forward to seeing the video :thumb:

My forum brew is mashing at the moment, 13kg pale.
