I have to share this because it has produced an amazing pint my friend and I both brewed st peters ipa he brewed his by the book and I brewed mine using 907g of honey and his is 5% and quite bitter though not a bad pint and mine is 6.8% and is beautiful. nice honey aroma good strenth but not to harsh flavour from the alcohol. I'm gonna make some more asap.
has anyone else got any simple kit adaptations that turn ok kits into fantastic pints ?
