Having made a few brews using these hops I can honestly say that the Chinook came out on top for taste. Don't get me wrong, the Amarillo is good, but the Chinook hops I used imparted a lovely citrus/pine note that pressed all the right buttons for me, so much so, that its going to be may 'go to' hop for a while. Hey, its not for everyones palate but if your reading this....give it a whirl.
For the kit makers it would be ideal if you are making a light coloured beer, in the IPA or AIPA style, as a dry hop addition:thumb:
