Sounds like quite a cool idea. Although the yeast and fermentation will obviously affect the final taste, how well would this work to put together a recipe, mixing different amounts of grains together?

What exactly are you supposed to do with it though?

I did something similar with hops about 1 years ago.

I'm guessing it's so you can discern from one grain to the other. Would be an interesting thing to do with a group of people. Make teas etc.
