All grain kits.

Hello everyone.

I am wanting to give the all grain kits ago...

Will the kit below allow me to make them or are they just for part grain kits.
And is there anything else you recommend I get before I start.

It’s hard to tell because it’s just a screen grab not a link but it looks like it should be fine - looks like a version of the basic Ace/Klarstein. The Kegland Digiboil is cheaper (Digital Turbo Boiler 35 Litres - Kegland - Get Er Brewed)

You’ll need a grain bag of some kind if it doesn’t already come with one.

I've got an old (single wall) Ace boiler which has been very good over the years. Always check temperatures with an accurate thermometer though as the thermostat control on mine is miles out.

Given a choice I would go with the Klarstein Fullhorn over the Beerfest if you are able. It has a digital temperature display so you can dial it in more accurately, however the Beerfest will do the job well. If you can, get the Klarstein bag to go with it.

My Ace has just turned 5 and still going strong. It was my main boiler for 4 years and then it’s been a sparge water heater since I got my BrewDevil.

Same here - 116 brews in total. The `on' light blew fairly early on which I haven't worried about. No other problems.
