I'm still quite new to all grain brewing and the two kits I've ordered before came from Geterbrewed and came with reasonable instructions so it went ok. This time, because I have relatives in Devon, decided to order a kit from The Hop Shop in Plymouth for christmas which they could pick up for me and save on postage.

That's the kit I have and this is a copy of the instructions they sent with it.

There's two of everything, including hops, yeast and even Britewort tablets so I'm wondering if they have sent me two kits, or do I have to combine them to make 5 gallons? They have also sent two 150g bags of dextrose which I presume are for priming before bottling?

Has anyone ordered kits from The Hop Shop before? Are the instructions I have what they usually send out? I'd call them and ask but they are closed today and I'd like to get started.

Yep 2 kits there. It looks a good recipe with my fave hops for that style of beer Styrians should give a fruity/citrus taste not unlike a mild american hop

Aye, sister in law just called to confirm it. Said it seemed so cheap she bought 2.clapa

The pump on my Robobrew is coping better this time too. It got overwhelmed last time. Not sure if I should keep the recircirculation pump on constantly though?

Last one I did with those hops was mildly tropical which I thought unusual but I will be trying to replicate it as it was such a change from full on IPA's
