Hello All,

Looking to try making a small batch of AG with added fruit, and after any recommendations/recipes/ideas that people here have had any success with.

I've seen mentions in other posts about using concentrates, syrups, tinned fruit all sorts.

Whatcha all got!

I racked a chocolate porter onto some thawed cherries after primary fermentation had finished. Think it was 1.3 kg of fruit for 8L of beer, even then it was a very subtle flavour.
 
That looks top! thanks for that. Will definitely add that onto the to-do list.

From what I can tell looking around the interweb, it's just a case of racking post fermentation into a second FV with an ample amount of fruit in. Simple as that??

What would be the idea base beer to use? Would it work with a not overly hopped SMaSH?
