Thinking out loud, can anyone suggest a stainless conical fermenter that that will do everything.

Pressure or ambiant
Rotating racking arm
Yeast Harvesting

Probably about a 50L

You're in the realm of unitanks there - which are generally around £1000 mark, particularly for a 50+ litre job. They usually also have a jacket for heating/cooling.

If you could do with 30 litres then the stainless steel Apollo Titan would be a much cheaper option at around £380. Alternatively ditch the pressure requirement and there's plenty of options out there.
