% Alcohol

Hello,

Hope everyone is well out there.

Have not been here for a while but do have a question.

In broad ballpark figures - If I have 5 litres of fruit juice and I add 1 litre of 40% by volume - what would the resulting % alcohol of the whole 6 litres.

You'd be "sharing" the 40% through out the 6 litres so you'd have 40/6 = 6.667%.
