Hi All
Has anyone here used ALDC (Alpha Acetolactate Decarboxylate) supplied by Malt Miller. Its used to bypass the formation of diacetyl. If so wehat were the thoughts on it.

I've bought some but haven't tried it yet.

Not sure about it yet, more research needed. I did read post 55 on this thread, which was something to consider if that helps at all.
