Hi

Can someone advise me, once fermentation is done, can the brew be left for a while to settle in the bucket with no problems?

I assume as the co2 layer has gone air can get at it more easily and so might spoil the beer

so should i airlock it ? or move to secondary vessel ASAP?

Yes...but why??..if it's finished bottle/keg.

Again yes..the plastic FV's are not that airtight & air could spoil your brew.. :nono:

Move to a sec vessel..or again bottle to be sure...that way you save all your hard work :thumb:
