Hi,

I transferred my Great Eastern beer into a secondary/ bottling bucket intending to bottle about 10 bottles and dry hop the rest for a week or so. Out of laziness/forgetfulness it's been in there a couple of weeks already and a little yeast looks to have settled at the bottom. Will there still be enough in suspesion to carbonate the beer (not fussed about getting too much fizz) or should I give it a stir before bottling? (Only my second kit, so apologies if this seems a silly question!)

Also I batch primed the last one but looking to prime the first few individually this time. Do you need to agitate the bottle to mix the sugar in or would this aerate the beer causing it to go off?

Thanks :thumb:

Don't stir. Even if you think the beer is clear there will still be enough yeast in suspension to carbonate.

After priming and capping I've always given my bottles a quick shake, with no ill effects.
