the nine last bottles well a bit of an experiment
the remaining 4 and a half litres left in the bottling bucket i added 1 ML of citrucy hop oil by eck that smells interesting
put it in stirred not letting air in waited 20 mins then bottled that

it may be red who knows this early, again ultra banana and very tasty

yup supprised how red it is now after 4 days
ist day looked like brown mud

and by ek your Hefeweizen
if poured carefully is one clear beer
but still like it cloudy better
:thumb:

How long did you boil for on the hefe ? And where did the wheat come from ? I did have issues with my wheat beer remaining cloudy but i think i have sorted it .

Great update on the red dunkle with citrusy hop oil added

Fantastic crazy twist to this beer adding double dose of this

Agh its just fantastic out come

The smell for starters is still banana

But the mixed smell of citrus fruits lemon or lime is very much in there

Extremely dry and massive lemon aftertaste with the banana is a fantastic

Burps come out more lemon than banana
Pittsy you will have to try this

:) :drink:
