AG12 Dunkle with chocolate

That's good mate , glad you've got nice clove. Brewing a dunkle tends to hide the banana and clove a fair bit . A bit early to ask but what if any toasted flavour are you getting and also are you getting any sweetness (a touch of caramel ) I'm still trying to get this recipe right .

sweeter than the white labs and a more
smells o banana slightly but clove and chocolate malt is standing out in the taste

and definitely more malt flavour than the white labs one i did

i know it's not quite ready yet but will give it another taste next week
