I will be brewing this tomorrow (wednesday) it will be the first all grain ive done using a mash tun and boiler rather than my maxi BIAB method.
3140g Maris otter
895g Flaked barley
445g Roasted barley
36g Target at 60mins
1 protofloc tablet 15mins
safale 04
Will mash the above grains at 66c for 60 mins, using brewmate to calculate my strike and sparge water etc, seems very useful.
Ill post pictures tomorrow, ill also be tapping my corny keg for the first time so will have some pics of that too no doubt.
