AG#6 BIAB Black IPA (again)

Currently bringing to the boil a 10L batch of Black IPA

Grain bill as per Rodabod's post in the recipe forum.

I've weighed my hops out, but forgotten exact quantities of what they are as got distracted by kids and getting the pork in the oven for dinner [emoji23]

60 min hops are Galena & Chinook (20ish grams)
10 mins I've got Cascade, Chinook & Citra (30ish grams)
Flameout is Chinook & Citra (15 ish grams)

Half a pack of US-05 sprinkled on the top of the aerated wort and the FV into my 20 degree water bath and it's off to a good start after 24 hours!

So, I just found 12 bottles of this in a box in the garage and it is really rather pleasant!
I put on my first brew in a year this afternoon, planning to do a bit more this year!
