On Thursday I brewed this ale.
Its single hopped ale, using Marris Otter and WGV only. Its brew in conjunction with my friend at Black Brewery in Reading.
The idea was to brew the same recipe only difference is the water profile and our equipment.
Im using Yorkshire Tap water and my friend is using Reading Tap water, nothing added!
Then we will compare the bottles, just a fun exercise

Grain Bill:
4029g Lager Malt 100%
Hops:
23g WGV 6.94% First Wort
15g WGV 6.94% 15 minutes
23g WGV 6.94% 5 minutes
40g WGV 6.94% Flameout
Irish Moss 15 minutes
Mash at 66°C for 60 minutes
60 Minute Boil
Yeast:
Safale US05
Ferment at 20°C
Brew to 23 litres
IBU:27
SG: 1038
FG: 1008
Brew Date: 30/10/2014
Bottled Date:
ABV: 3.8%
