Today was a brew day,
had a little issue, where I was mid sparge and the where the wife asked me to drop her in the city, and over spraged by 3 litres. :oops:

Grain Bill:
3395g Wheat Malt 76%
1050g Marris Otter 24%

Hops:
13g Magnum 14.2 % 60min
10g Amarillo 8.8 % 15min
15g Amarillo 8.8% 10min
15g Amarillo 8.8% 5min
15g Amarillo 8.8% Flame out
25g Amarillo % Dry Hop Day 10
Irish Moss 15min

Mash at 67°C for 90 minutes
Boil for 60 min.

Yeast:Mangrove Jack US West Coast
Ferment at 20°C
Brew to 26 litres
IBU: 32
