Today was a brew day,
had a little issue, where I was mid sparge and the where the wife asked me to drop her in the city, and over spraged by 3 litres.

10g Amarillo 8.8 % 15min

Irish Moss 15min
Mash at 67°C for 90 minutes
Boil for 60 min.
Yeast:Mangrove Jack US West Coast
Ferment at 20°C
Brew to 26 litres
IBU: 32
SG: 1041
