Okay! Well, a shed load has happened since I last posted in earnest. I now have a brewery, which I will post pics of at some point. I have done AG1 and AG2, and now on for a hat-trick!

This time it's a California Common, one of my favourite styles of all time:

Grain:
78.1% Pale
8.0% Munich
7.6% Crystal
4.3% Biscuit
1.0% Vienna
1.0% Pale Chocolate

Hops
30g (25 IBU) Northern Brewer @ 60
25g (10 IBU) Northern Brewer @ 15
25g Northern Brewer @ 0

Fermenting with White Labs WLP810 San Francisco Lager Yeast @ 16.5C. I am aiming for ABV 4.9%, hence the name. Hope it goes well - just need to build my brew fridge beforehand!

Will post details of AG1 and AG2 at some point. AG1 has been in the bottle just over a week and the sneaky bottle had on Thursday tasted very nice :thumb:

nice brewing :thumb: I spent some time there so it's one of my favourites as well

I'm going to be brewing one of these every 3 or 4 brewdays, I reckon. Haven't been out there myself yet, but one day I will and build a holiday home next to the Anchor Brewery

ha ha

You might want to try this version from Linden Street Brewery across the Bay in Oakland, they sent me the recipe

Pale 70%
Munich I 10%
Carahelle 10%
Vienna 10%

NB 45mins (I use 25IBU)
NB 15mins (& 14IBU)

OG 1054; FG 1012; IBU 39; EBC 12 (yes not to syle I know)

It's a nice blend of sweetness and bitter, and I find it best after 8weeks.
