Started this this morning, it's currently in the mash tun :mrgreen:
So far getting a lovely rich aroma off the mash, looking forward to hopefully seeing a very dark wort from the sparge :thumb:
- Marris Otter pale malt 4207g[/*:m:ivb2b5nn]
- Crystal Malt 313g[/*:m:ivb2b5nn]
- Chocolate Malt 323g[/*:m:ivb2b5nn]
- Flaked Oats 318g[/*:m:ivb2b5nn]
- Roasted, flaked barley 190g[/*:m:ivb2b5nn]
- First Gold Hops, 6% Alpha, 63g[/*:m:ivb2b5nn]
