340g, Torrified Wheat 7%
320g Dark Crystal Malt 7%
300g, Oats 5.5%
300g, Chocolate Malt 5.5%
100g, Black Malt 2%
Hops:
20g Perle 10% 60min
25g Challenger 7.47% 15min
25g Challenger 7.47% 10min
100g Cocoa Powder 10min
10g Challenger 7.47% 5min
10g Perle 10% 5min
25g Challenger 7.47% Dry hopped
Mash at 67°C for 90 minutes
Boil for 60 min. Add a pinch of gypsum at the beginning..
