Getting a brew on later going to mash and sparge tonight then boil in the morning. Doing a slight variation on the Springthing brew (Rebound) got no Crystal malt so useing Pale Chocolate Malt. Added a little Wheat Malt for head retention and upping the Centenial hops to double to use them up. So REBOUNDED anyone see a problem with that.
