AG#10. REBOUNDED

Getting a brew on later going to mash and sparge tonight then boil in the morning. Doing a slight variation on the Springthing brew (Rebound) got no Crystal malt so useing Pale Chocolate Malt. Added a little Wheat Malt for head retention and upping the Centenial hops to double to use them up. So REBOUNDED anyone see a problem with that.

Mash on 20.15. 68c so a little high.

Sparge is Sparging away like a sparging spargy thing. Going to add the first addition hops to the copper tonight then will boil in the morning. Hope the hopping over night will give a nice rounded bitterness.

Bugger dam sod and blast........Boilers packed up.........

Boiler back up and running. Will give it a full 90min as not sure how far it got before packing up. Wasnt more than half an hour. Oh and mental note to self. DONT USE THE 10AMP EXTENSION LEAD FOR THE BOILER USE THE 13AMP
