I have started a batch of youngs harvest bitter 48 hours ago. When I pitched the yeast, the ambient temp was about 24/25C. About 24 hours later the temp was still the same. I checked the brew and it ad loads of foam/crust and was bubbling quite heavily. Now at 48 hours the temp has dropped to about 18C and the foam has completely disappeared. There are loads of tiny bubbles now, like a sparkling drink. Is this normal, or should I be looking to raise the temp? Any help greatly appreciated. Gravity is about 1.016 i think.

Fermentation has been quite fast because the original temperature was just a little on the high side.

All quite normal, just leave it alone for a few days now.
