I found the below on another site. Not a kit, but it might give you an idea....

'I've put together a recipe for*Abbott*Ale*(1968), but it's taken from Dave Line's recipe and the figures don't really add up. It also contains Flaked Maize, which can't be steeped, so it's either substitute sugar, or do it as a partial mash, which I have a very easy method for. It uses 1.0 kg of Pale Malt, mashed together with Crystal, Roasted Barley and Flaked Maize, using 3,5 lts of water in a saucepan. Very easy.'

These are stats for it:

Final Volume: 20 Litres*
Original Gravity: 1.051*
Final Gravity: 1.012*
Alcohol Content: 5% ABV*
Total Liquor: 26.4 Litres*
Mash Liquor: 3.5 Litres*
Mash Efficiency: 75 %*
Bitterness: 37.4 EBU*
Colour: 30 EBC*

There are a lot of recipes on the net, but I think they are for a clone of the modern version. This is pretty much what they all say, but the hops are completely differentt from Dave Line's interpretation.

Amber Malt 60 EBC 165 grams 7.4%*
Crystal Malt 130 EBC 85 grams 3.8%*

Challenger Whole 7.6 % 90 mins 21 grams 23.1%*
Fuggle Whole 5.2 % 10 mins 30 grams 33%*
Fuggle Whole 5.2 % 0 mins 20 grams 22% (Steep @ 80°c for 30 mins post boil)
