Hi all, I took up home brewing whilst at college, at first beer from kits, then later country wines, after reading a very old copy of (CJJ Berrys book) which had me raiding family gardens & hedgerows for brewing ingredients. I still remember the sore fingers from hand grating six pounds of rosehips, but the results were well worth it.
So about 12 months i thought i would give beer brewing another go, i was amazed how much better the kits are today and really enjoy experimenting with dry hopping and adding different adjuncts.
recent brews
(Youngs) American IPA -:thumb:
(Coopers) Irish stout + Licourice & oatmeal adjunct:twisted:
woodfords wherry + licourice & prune juice adjunct
(Youngs) new world Saison:thumb:
cheers
