A name for weak wine?

It seems that the health police would like us to drink wine with less than 8.5% abv., the current minimum definition of wine. They are looking for a name for this stuff. I don't think Gnats **** would go down well and I don't encourage the idea, but let's have a bit of fun with this.
'Wean' is a good start. Continentals give their kids watered down wine to encourage the habit. Wyne, as in cyder, a way of getting around true cider?

A poor start. Water is already insipid. Nonetheless, as the first entry, you go to the number 1 slot. Parsimonious plonk, grape beer, babies sham, wankelwien, mild anti bacterial wipe, alcoholic's intravenous infusion, sheep's drip, teenage thrill?

'Value' wine might work. The rate of duty would have to go down to the next tier. But I can't see Brussels putting up with unilaterally redefining wine in the UK. Grape cider could be a legitimate description. I remember 'Barley Wine': 'Strong as a double scotch and less than half the price!'. The abv was 8%, just below that of 'wine'. Trouble was it was neither beer or whiskey or wine. I tried it once and once only.
