A couple of national Home Brew competitions

I dropped mine off at one of their bars. I saw them take it down to the cellar. I'm hoping that they don't just stay down their to provide a bit of free beer to the bar staff.

I sent off my ris-ky business because in addition to the hop bombs they do have a few dark strong ones in their list. I figure mine will be at optimum age by then and figured most entries would be brewed for the comp thus ruling out many darker brews :whistle: and thus standing out from hoppy beer no 132 :lol:

I could be totally wrong though. It would be nice to see a beer stronger than 9.2% in tesco :grin:

I sent off a strong Ruby Mild....not holding my breath though as it's turned out to be one of my least fave brews so far but I thought "what the hell", nothing ventured etc...
